In April 2000 I was awarded a Diploma in Phytotherapy from the College of Phytotherapy, (Herbal Medicine), Sussex.  I was a research student at the Medical and Aromatic plant group, Plant Science department, The Scottish Agricultural College (Ayr, Scotland).

In addition I am also an experienced massage practitioner and professional Reflexologist offering various combination treatments (herbs, Massage, Reflexology) according to client's needs.

I have treated various health conditions with a good rate of success, in particular with women's health problems (e.g. infertility, PCOS, menopause, PMS etc.). Other examples include, Allergic /Skin problems and stress related conditions such as IBS, Insomnia and Headaches.

I have been working in the Medical Herbalist, Aromatherapy and Massage field for more than 10 years, including treatment, teaching and workshops

in the UK and abroad. I also write articles about Herbal Medicine for Japanese readers.
