Marie-Ange's interest in natural methods of healing came after sustaining a whiplash injury. The positive experience of rebuilding her health through the Alexander Technique and Reflexology led her to qualify as a Reflexologist and as an Alexander Technique teacher. Since then, her main focus has been to develop different ways of working with her hands: she has an interest in energy medicine and has incorporated diagnostic skills from Traditional Chinese Medicine and Naturopathy to her work; she also gives massage and uses Hopi ear candles. Marie-Ange sees the Alexander Technique and the modalities she practises not only as enhancing the physical well-being of individuals but also empowering them with the knowledge they need to maintain health.
