Louisa Littler

I am a graduate massage therapist having worked at Neal`s Yard Graduate Clinic since Nov 2013. I graduated from Leeds Central College of Health and Beauty in the summer where I completed a wide range of treatments. Since then have begun to evolve my own freelance practice working from home and offering a mobile service.

I`m passionate about providing high quality individualised therapies, that leave you feeling relaxed and nurtured. A qualified Massage Therapist with a background in Mental Health, I have a keen sense of the inter-connection of mind/ body/spirit, and its impact on functioning. Occupational Therapy training also underpins my client-centred approach to harnessing the body`s own healing mechanism: treating the whole person. I aim to treat you sensitively and bring to my therapy dedication, nurturance, and a good sense of humour. I am thorough, practical, and willing to learn from my clients.

In addition to the above therapies, I am also able to provide posture tips, Nutritional advice, Progressive Muscle and Systematic Focus Relaxation Techniques, and support with Stress and Sleep Patterns. I plan to train in Indian Head Massage in 2014, (Currently offering generic Head Massage) and further training to support my Continuing Professional Development.
