Complementary therapies are wonderfully versatile and can be amongst many other things, relaxing and rejuvenating. Working long hours, training for the next challenge, going through transitional times in your life or aiming to be your best all put pressure on the body and the mind, no matter your age and gender.
My interest in Holistic Therapies originates from my training in Drama and also being a long distance runner. My background has given me a keen interest into how the body works and how differently we all respond to life's pressures.  I practice Aromatherapy, Holistic massage using swedish, deep tissue and joint mobilisation techniques, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Maternity & Fertility Reflexology, Hot Stone massage and Neal's Yard Remedies Facials.  I offer a diverse range of deeply relaxing and effective treatments that are all adjusted to suit you and your needs. I also make individual oil blends for your treatments and sells pulse points and balms. Please visit my website ; toptotoetreatmentsbath for more details. You may come to me for a one off treatment or I may suggest a treatment plan depending on your condition and needs. These are just suggestions.
