Liliana Trukawka will take a thorough history of you symptoms, including digestion, liver and kidney functions. Medical and drug history, your lifestyle and stress load.

Liliana will also analyse your food intake assessing protein, carbohydrate, fat, fibre, toxic load, micronutrient intake.

Based on this assessment which will include questionnaires and may also include any suggested diagnostic testing,  she will develop a nutrition and lifestyle plan suited to your body's  needs and will guide you through the program to achieve sustainable and measurable results to address both your short term goals but also to guide you towards  a long term healthy lifestyle.
