I graduated from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1998 with a B.Sc (Hons) in Osteopathic Medicine and a Diploma in Naturopathy, and the following year qualified as a Cranial Osteopath through the Sutherland Society. I returned to the British College of Osteopathic Medicine to teach from 2000 to 2005.
My route to osteopathy was via a brief and unfulfilling career in the City, and after two years of traveling I began my studies, graduating aged 29. Through assistantships with skilled and supportive osteopaths I gained a wide range of experience in general practice, and the more specialist fields of paediatrics and cranial osteopathy, before establishing my first practice in Bethnal Green in 2001.
I enjoy working with all ages from babies through to elderly people, utilising both traditional osteopathic technique and the cranial approach to establish treatment tailored to individual needs. I advise patients on ergonomics and exercise, and use my Naturopathic Diploma to address significant dietary and lifestyle issues in a common sense manner.
