Jen Arnstein

We all go through challenging times when it can be hard to talk to those closest to us. Counselling can help at any time in our lives - during a crisis, when life feels like a struggle or when we're stuck and want something to change. Counselling offers a safe and confidential setting in which to explore difficult feelings and experiences, such as low self-esteem, anxiety, relationship problems, and loss. Through greater understanding, you can begin to change unhelpful thinking and behaviour that affect your happiness and the quality of your relationships.
I have many years' experience of working with individuals, couples and young people. My approach is flexible and creative, responding to your particular needs.
