Helen Barnett

Helen works as a complementary health practitioner applying her skills and enthusiasm in inspiring clients to find sustainable solutions for improving their health and wellbeing.

With five years of clinical experience Helen's treatments include Western Herbal Medicine which benefits from a medical approach infused with traditional knowledge of plants. A thorough medical history is taken for initial herbal medicine consultations to ensure the best individualised treatment plan can be compiled with each client.

Helen complements her knowledge of herbs with treatments in Reflexology and Traditional Thai Yoga Massage. These hands-on therapies can be hugely beneficial for promoting relaxation of body and mind, and releasing physical and emotional tensions, which she views as a vital ingredient for health and wellbeing.

Helen is enthusiastic about developing the research base in complementary medicine, and has specific interest and success in working with clients experiencing stress-related conditions, anxiety and those managing chronic health conditions. Helen takes a mindful approach to your health, with yoga and meditation being important aspects which nourish and influence her practice.
