Esme studied Traditional Chinese Medicine and 5 Element Acupuncture for four years before completing post graduate studies in China at Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Esme believes in continuing professional development and in 2011 was awarded a distinction on completion of Masters study in Chinese Medicine from Middlesex :University (affiliated with Beijing university of Chinese Medicine).
Esme is also a qualified physiotherapist. She has worked both in the NHS and private sector and has specialised in musculo-skeletal disorders since 2002.
