INNER THERAPY

 Inner Therapy evolved out of a homeopathic practice of many years, where I learned to combine cognitive techniques such as reflective feedback with homeopathy to produce a unique blend that has proven to be very dynamic.

I continue to study further compatible therapies such as NLP and some elements of life coaching, but each client comes with different needs and I continue to take an individualised approach dependent upon what is required, whether that be just homeopathy alone, or something a little more progressive emotionally and spiritually.
