I have practiced Acupuncture since 2001 and Massage since 2002.
I trained at the London College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and later returned there to teach students Acupuncture in their final year.

I have a particular interest in the management of stress and anxiety and understanding the harmony of the body-mind dynamic. Manifestations of the following: depression, anxiety, stress, panic attacks, headaches, digestive disorders and general lassitude and tiredness can fall into this category.

I also specialize in female gynecological issues such as regulating the menstrual cycle, harmonizing hormones, and preparing and assising for IVF.

I offer lifestyle and nutrition guidance based on my knowledge and experience of Chinese Medicine, and emotional support based on my 17 years of Buddhist studies and many years of my own experience of self development.

I offer a wide range of massage therapies from effective Facial Rejuvenation Face Lift Massage with Indian Head Massage, to Deep Tissue or Pregnancy Massage.

I can combine her wide range of experience and therapies to suit your needs, combining cupping and acupuncture with massage, to give relief from the stress pains we often carry in our neck and shoulders.

I have completed many post graduate courses (listed under the qualifications tab) to complement my training, and continue to study with Kiko Matsumoto in the theory and practice of Japanese Acupuncture. I am a fully qualified licensed acupuncturist, fully insured and a member of the British Acupuncture Council.

I am also a teacher of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (www.beingmindful.co.uk) which combines meditation and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to understand the mind and body dynamic, and in doing so helps reduce stress and stress induced illnesses.
