I qualified with a BSC Hons as a Herbalist in 2004 and since then have practised at Neal's Yard In Bristol and now Bath.
Along side this I worked in mental health for a number of years which has given me a wealth of understanding and experience in treating anxiety states and depression.
Nutrition is a key aspect of my practice along with flower remedies and relevant lifestyle considerations.
Most recently I have become passionately involved in 'womens work'. Assisting on sacred feminine retreats and deep ecology (through treesisters). This work has deeply inspired me and reconnected me to what it means to be a woman, enabling me to work both intuitively and logically with the body and plants to facilitate the healing process.

Holistic Massage & Hands Free Technique
In 2008 I trained with BSMB and qualified as a Holistic Massage therapist. I then went on to do the extensive Hands Free technique and Reiki. Combining these practices gives me the skill to work sensitivity yet deeply.

Most recently I have become passionately involved in 'womens work'. Assisting on sacred feminine retreats and deep ecology (through treesisters). This work has deeply inspired me and reconnected me to what it means to be a woman, enabling me to work intuitively with the body to help facilitate the healing process.

I combine a unique style of techniques such as, deep tissue, trigger points, mobilisation, hands free, Hawaiian style, and energy balancing with a constant awareness on breath and intention. This allows the recipient to deeply relax and allow the body to do the work.

All of these aspect are discussed on appointment and it is of the utmost importance to me to get exactly the right combination of all these components right for each individual as the need presents moment to moment.
