Since discovering the wonders of Traditional Chinese Medical Theory (TCM) and Acupuncture nearly 10 years ago, I have had the privilege of working with patients who are seeking a more holistic, natural and long term solution to a wide variety of health issues.  This ability to offer people an alternative, curative and preventative healthcare system is something that I find exciting and hugely rewarding.

My experience and post-graduate training has led to a keen interest in the treatment of women's reproductive health issues, in particular menstrual problems, infertility, pregnancy and postnatal support and menopause.  Alongside this focus, I also have extensive experience in the treatment of stress related conditions, both physical and emotional, in particular insomnia, anxiety and headaches.

Most recently, I obtained a diploma in Chinese Nutritional Therapy and using my previous experience as a professional cook, I enjoy introducing patients to foods that will enhance their health and alleviate digestive complaints.

In addition, I have completed training in Facial Revitalisation & Rejuvenation which aims to preserve youth and vitality through stimulating facial muscles and supporting the underlying health of the individual.
