With an extensive knowledge of over 70 essential oils I offer a very high quality therapeutic encounter, specifically tailored to individual needs. I provide a specialist service in Pregnancy and Post-Natal Massage and detailed knowledge of Essential Oils for Pregnancy, Labour and Post-Natal Care.

As a qualified Infant Massage Instructor I feel privileged to be able to share this ancient and beautiful practice with parents which encourages bonding between parents and their newborn and empowers parents to better know their baby through loving touch. I'm also an experienced Indian Head Massage Therapist. As a Reiki Master the benefits of this profound energy further enrich the therapeutic experience offered.  I have recently added Aromatic acupressure and meridian massage to my therapies.

As a qualified teacher I regularly run a variety of Aromatherapy Workshops for Neal's Yard Remedies in Cambridge. My mission statement is: ‘Connecting with clients through the power of touch and aroma; to facilitate individual journeys in holistic health'.
