The 69 Australian Bush Flower Essences founded by Ian White in 1980, address the spectrum of human emotions and thought processes.

My experience of the Australian Bush Flower Essences has been profound. I have treated a wide range of emotional, mental and physical ailments. The potency of the essences lies in their gentle, but deep effect upon dysfunctional thought patterns and emotional responses.

The most gratifying aspect of my work is the contribution my patients make themselves to their own wellbeing through these essences.

I come from a practice in fine art, teaching and research. From an early age flowers have inspired me. I first learnt of their medicinal attributes and now appreciate their vibrational qualities. I have studied with Ian White and received a High Distinction for my Advanced Practitioners Qualification.

My practice helps patients to relate their inner feelings to the events of their daily lives. The Bush Flowers address this balance. They restore our connection to our higher selves, thereby activating our inner resources of healing. Thus a sense of true identity is enabled and a state of physical wellbeing brought about.
