Mindfulness Meditation is a simple and easily learned set of techniques to become aware of and release difficult states of mind by cultivating equanimity, insight and peace. With regular practice it has been proved that it alters brainwaves and results in a state of greater wellbeing and happiness.

Amanda has been meditating for almost twenty years. She studied Experimental Psychology at Oxford and went on to become a chartered accountant and a full-time mum before deciding to teach.
